Joseph House Community Outreach Center is 501(c)3 Non-profit Organization. Located in Houston, Texas. Joseph House was founded and formed under the umbrella of Living Water International Ministries. Under the leadership of Apostle R. C. Stearns, JHCOC operated from 2003 until 2020. Which became its own independent 501(c)3 non-profit entity.
Through the Visionary Leadership of Apostle Stearns, his sincere passion and strong commitment for helping people and healing communities.
Joseph House Community Outreach Center's mission is to "Provide programs that Uplift our communities through Self-Empowerment and Enriching Program Opportunities; as well as access to nutritional food for the economically disadvantaged, underserved populations of the City of Houston, Harris County and surrounding areas."
